Our team is comprised of experts with an average of 15-20 years of experience in their fields. We know how to listen and work with your organization to develop strong results-driven strategies and implementation, in print and on-line.
Constance Snyder
President/Art Director
Constance Snyder is the founder, president and Chief Creative Director of CRSR Designs, Inc. Her firm has been in operation for more than 25 years as a professional graphic design studio and advertising agency. She believes in developing strong customer relationships as a basis to achieve successful marketing results. Her expertise lies in having a full understanding of both print and web platforms as marketing tools.
Ms. Snyder is an award-winning designer with work recognized nationally by the League of Communication Professionals and regionally by the Northeastern Economic Developers Association. Her firm’s work has been published in Graphic Design: USA, Letterheads Gone Digital, by David E. Carter, and Creativity 34.
She holds a BFA in Communication Design from Rochester Institute of Technology, and has attended numerous continuing educational seminars in the newest marketing, web design and digital technology.
Lynn Bondar
Web Project Manager
Lynn Bondar joined CRSR Designs in 1995. As web project manager, she oversees creative aspects of project execution with extreme attention to detail. Her oversight includes design, coordination, budgeting and scheduling. With more than 15 years of experience in the field, she employs a professional knowledge of the design industry to manage projects from concept to completion.
In addition to her web expertise, Lynn is an award-winning designer, with a background encompassing websites, print ads, brochures and promotional campaigns,
Ms. Bondar’s diverse educational background includes studies in International Business, Art, Graphic Design and Web Design. She holds a Bachelor’s Degree in International Business from the SUNY Plattsburgh.
Marjorie McCord
Marketing Strategist/Social Marketing Consultant
Marjorie McCord is a seasoned marketing professional with more than 15 years of experience in strategic planning, marketing research, branding, creative development and account management. Ms. McCord specializes in the creative development of highly effective communications plans that deliver real business results.
Her expertise extends into the world of social media where she has created effective communications plans integrating social media tools in to the marketing mix.
Ms. McCord holds a bachelor’s degree from Manhattan College where she majored in Corporate Communications and minored in Marketing. She continues to participate in professional development seminars and training in all areas of marketing and marketing communications.
